The company was founded and shaped by Dieter Lynen. With his passing in July 2024, Mallorca Express lost a strong leader—but the family is steadfastly carrying on the legacy. Today, Carmen Lynen of the first generation, along with Denise Nawe and Dominique Lynen-Soergel of the second generation, hold leadership roles. They are committed to continuity, further developing existing standards and upholding the values that Mallorca Express has always stood for: reliability, personalized service, a handshake’s worth of trust, and the utmost care.

Mallorca Express is therefore not just another anonymous large freight forwarder, but a family-owned business that has been reliably transporting people and their valuables for decades—flexibly, transparently, and with a special focus on the Balearic Islands.

From Germany to the island - and back

Anyone who wants to transport goods to Mallorca or back to Germany needs experience and a well-organized system. Mallorca Express operates with fixed routes, its own logistics center in Llucmajor, and a team that knows the processes between the mainland and the island down to the last detail.

The service covers virtually every form of transportation: less-than-truckload shipments, groupage, and pallets; complete moves with packing and assembly services; vehicle and boat transport; as well as machinery and bulky goods logistics. Event organizers also rely on Mallorca Express—ensuring that technical equipment and trade show booths reliably reach their destinations.

A special feature is the all-round service: collection within 24 hours in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg, secure interim and long-term storage, official processing and personal advice on site. Each shipment is planned individually and accompanied by German-speaking contact persons.

Security and service

For Mallorca Express, logistics don’t end at the ferry terminal. With its own warehouse facilities in Aldenhoven and at the Polígono Son Noguera near Llucmajor, the company offers both short-term and long-term storage—secure and flexible. Customers can store their cargo there temporarily or for extended periods. The team also provides packaging and assembly services, organizes island-wide moves, and handles all necessary paperwork with the authorities. While many providers cover only certain aspects of the process, Mallorca Express brings all these steps together under one roof.

Personal support

The company values direct communication. All contact persons speak German, are trained in the industry and accompany the orders from start to finish. In this way, logistics remains a personal service - comprehensible, transparent and reliable.
