Innenausbau KOCH – Interior Craftsmanship

Custom interior design, custom-made furniture, and commercial furnishings for villas, fincas, apartments, and business spaces in Mallorca Spaces work best when design and function go hand in hand

A high-quality interior is not created by individual pieces of furniture, but by the interplay of architecture, function, materials, and craftsmanship.

Under the direction of Karlheinz Koch, Koch Interieur Manufaktur develops custom interior design concepts for residential and commercial properties in Mallorca. The company's services range from custom-made furniture and built-ins to kitchens and bathrooms, as well as the complete furnishing of villas and fincas. Offices, reception areas, conference rooms, and retail spaces are also part of the company's scope of work.

This family-owned business combines Black Forest craftsmanship with contemporary design, in-house production, and experience with projects in Mallorca.

Custom Interior Design Instead of Standard Solutions

Custom interior design provides creative and functional flexibility. Furniture, built-in fixtures, and storage solutions can be tailored precisely to the space, architecture, and intended use. Dimensions, materials, and functions are determined by the specific requirements of each project, rather than by predefined standard systems.

This applies to individual pieces of furniture as well as to entire living spaces. Kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms can thus be planned as a cohesive interior, rather than being assembled later from individual components.

In-house manufacturing combines design and craftsmanship

A significant portion of the work is carried out in our own workshop. This allows us to directly integrate consulting, design, and technical planning with our manufacturing capabilities.

Wood has traditionally played a central role, but depending on the design, it is combined with metal, glass, stone, and other materials. The choice of materials, surfaces, proportions, and structural details can thus be specifically tailored to the respective spatial concept.

Floors, stairs, and doors are also incorporated into the design. This creates a cohesive look—especially in larger interior design projects—where individual elements do not appear isolated.

Custom-Made Kitchens and Bathrooms

Kitchens and bathrooms combine high design standards with very specific functional requirements. Custom-designed furniture and built-ins make it possible to precisely coordinate storage space, materials, proportions, and the existing architecture.

KOCH develops custom solutions for this purpose that blend seamlessly into the overall interior—from kitchen cabinets and storage solutions to custom bathroom cabinets, doors, and adjacent interior design elements.

Interior Design for Offices, Reception Areas, and Retail Spaces

Commercial spaces are also part of our range of services. KOCH designs and manufactures furnishings for offices, reception areas, meeting and conference rooms, as well as retail spaces and store interiors.

This approach takes into account design, workflows, and usage. The result is customized interior design solutions that address both functional requirements and the character of the company and its spaces.

From Planning to Installation

Consulting, design, technical planning, in-house manufacturing, and installation are all closely integrated. This allows design decisions to be coordinated early on with structural engineering, materials, and craftsmanship.

For residential and commercial projects in Mallorca, this creates a clear process from the initial spatial concept to the fully installed interior.
