The team assesses the structural conditions, discusses the intended use, design, and features, and develops the appropriate construction plan based on this information. Construction takes place on-site using sturdy foundation slabs and concrete or formwork block walls. Depending on the project, mosaic tiles, large-format tiles, or foil linings are used; modern filter, pump, and water treatment technology operates behind the scenes.

Upon request, architects can be brought in to assist with planning and obtaining building permits. The owners then receive a clearly detailed, fixed-price quote. A dedicated project manager coordinates the work and keeps track of deadlines, materials, and construction progress. This ensures that even a complex pool project remains transparent—from the initial site inspection to the finished, filled pool.

Pool, Patio, and Garden as a Joint Project

How well a pool is used isn’t determined solely by what happens in the water. Wide entryways, safe walkways, ample space for sitting and lounging, and the right lighting all shape everyday life around the pool. Estilo Pool therefore also designs, upon request, patios made of natural stone, ceramic, or wood, as well as stairs, pool surrounds, and lighting concepts.

Entire garden areas can also be incorporated into the design. Planting and automatic irrigation are tailored to the property, its intended use, and the materials. The result is an outdoor space that is both functional and visually cohesive—without the need to laboriously coordinate the pool, patio, and garden later on.

Pool Renovation, Modern Technology, and Reliable Service

With existing pools, the situation often looks quite different after several years: cracks, water leaks, loose tiles, damaged grout, or equipment that no longer works reliably. Estilo Pool handles repairs, waterproofing, and complete renovations. Pools can be retiled, cracks can be permanently stabilized, pipes and built-in components can be replaced, and filters, pumps, and electrolysis systems can be modernized. New steps, benches, lighting, covers, or counter-current systems can also be retrofitted.

After a new construction or renovation, the team will continue to be responsible upon request. Customized service plans include cleaning, water testing, tailored dosing, and technical inspections of pumps, filters, and dosing systems—on a weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis. This ensures that the pool is not only well-prepared at the start but also reliably maintained during ongoing operation.
